You will receive a "Welcome Email" with details of the program and how to get early access to the Boundaries to Freedom Member's Area and our online community website! You can check out the course, resources, and On-Demand recordings of previous coaching sessions!
When does the program officially start?
The program will officially start around the time of the next new moon at our Manifestation and Opening Transformation Event Look above for the specific date. In your "welcome email" you'll also find the zoom link to register for the event. If you can't make it, don't worry it will be recorded and saved for you to go through at your convenience.
What time are the weekly coaching sessions?
There are 3 weekly coaching sessions that you can attend. They all happen at 4:30pm PDT / 5:30pm MDT / 6:30pm CDT / 7:30pm EDT
Soulful Sunday Sessions (approx. 1.5 hours)
Monday Wellness Classes (30 mins)
Wednesday Boundary Dojo Sessions (45 mins)
What if I can't make it to all of the sessions?
Don't worry! You're not expected to make it to every single session. Make it to as many as you can and the more engaged you are, the more questions that you ask, the more that you'll get out of your journey with us. The sessions are all recorded so you can watch and re-watch them as you please!
